Email Templates:

  1. Right click on any of the templates below with your mouse and select Save As.

  2. Save a copy of the image on your computer as a JPG file

  3. Visit http://www.photobucket.com and open a free account

  4. Upload your save image to Photobucket

  5. Now your image is hosted on-line you can incorporate in your email templates

  6. Photobucket provides you with a link that you need to copy.  Clicking on the link will copy the link (URL) to your image

  7. Open your lead management tool and create a new email template.

  8. Click on the insert picture icon and place your link in the dialogue box that will appear (sample below)

  9. Remember to add some branding for your Dealership and include links, Call Tracking phone number and your name.

  10. Repeat every 10 days
